Grade one LP is usually caused by jumping, etc. Glugosemine is a wonderful supplement..if she's jumping try to prevent it..of course keeping the weight down. My vet prescribes Cosequin for cats....it's the correct dosage for a toy pup......empty a capsule onto 1 meal a day.....it strenghtens the cartilage....I keep all my kids on it.
I can't remember where I get mine from...do a search on Cosequin.
