any advice? i keep thinking that as it gets longer it will lay down better but it just doesn't. and i think it is getting worse and worse. there are days where i think i should just clip her hair short and let it be. but i sooooo badly want her in full coat!!! |
I feel your frustration. My Roxie is definitely a cotton coat. She was much straighter and silker when she was younger. Now that she is almost 3 years old her coat can be a nightmare, so I keep it cut short. I do want to grow it out. She is the opposite of yours. She is straight on the head and back end including legs, but her front gets curly. This only started happening recently and its getting worse! I met both her parents and so the poodle wave is coming in from genetics in the background. I will keep trying products until I find one that works the best and believe me I have tried most.
