The pup is still lethargic? There may be some type of liver malfunction...or something with his digestive tract that isn't allowing him to absorb the nutrients in the food/sugar you're giving him. Have you tired using the search feature here? There is loads of info that may point you in the right direction. I don't really know the symptoms of liver malfunctioning...
