how do her eyes look?? are they moving like she can't focus them or are they straight? i saw an episode of emergency vet where a lab was having the same symptoms... turned out ot be an inner ear infection but it could have also been a tumour in her ear (not necissarily cancer, but still) SO that being said i think you should call the emerg vet and see what they say.
