I guess you wont know until you go and check the puppy out...DO NOT send money to anyone you dont know but if you can see the puppy thats different..there is no way that the puppy is housebroken at 8 weeks old but maybe she has started training her.
$600.00 seems like the going rate for a dog that isnt papered..
