14% is not past but HST and only for NB, NS and PEI. All other provinces have a tax of around 6%.

Here is the thing, right now the Canadian dollar is higher then the US dollar (cheaper for Canadians to shop in US)...

Puppies must have a Certificate of Health that is dated within I believe 5 days?? Maybe more but not by much.
