I also meant to say that these would be people that me or my children know, not a complete stranger! In that case they can ask to pet him but I will not let a stranger hold my puppy!For things like going to the park or store,Jeter will be safe in his carrier or stroller.

I live down town and they have lots of things that we go to during the spring and summer, When my 2 boy's were preemies back in 96 & 97 and we had them out for a walk down town, I would have a bunch of women want to hold my tiny baby believe it or not! It amazed me that they would think I would hand over my baby let alone a 4 pound baby to them! My husband told one lady that she was nuts if she thought she could hold his boy! I think that some people are just attracted to tiny things, like how some are attracted to shinny things
