Its okay that you caved. Just keep trying, i actually have been thinking about quitting again so we can both be raving lunatics together. lol I learned not tell everyone in my family as well as friends when im quitting. Only because they actually add to the pressure. This way when you do cave you dont have to worry that you are disappionting them. I didnt say anything until i knew i was over that major craving. When anyone asked oh did you quit? I would respond that i was cutting down. just in case i fell off the wagon. I know that prob sounds wierd huh? but it worked for me. im still rooting for you
