Potential and prospect are one in the same to me...show quality and show potential are different.
Show quality is ring ready, no guessing as what it will be...it is already what it is..a show quality dog.
Show potential has the potential to develop into a show quality or not...only time will tell...
Times have sure changed in the Yorkie world. Fewer people advertize their wins...putting that money into show and breeding expenses I guess.
The YTCNA specialty was very small a few weeks ago...there was a time the ballroom was packed and overflowing...and the NY shows are much smaller also...! Showing costs alot of money..everything costs alot..LOL |
