I'm so sorry your going through this right now. My heart goes out to you and I hope your baby gets well very soon. Definately get a fecal done. Like someone else mentioned I truly don't understand why this wasn't done right away. It may or may not show something but your baby could have giaradia or whatever (was only throwing out the first thing that popped in my head). If your vet tries to charge you another $200 for a fecal and urine check, definately find another vet. I just had Paisley at the vet a few days ago because I thought she might have a urinary tract infection. I ended up having three urine tests done and one they had to do something differen't to get the urine, an ultra sound and an x-ray and my bill was around $300. More then anything I hope your baby gets better soon. Both of you will be in our prayers. |
