I love her name - that's my sister's name also.
I would trim the hair on her ears and see if that doesn't help them stand up better. My Hoku has floppy ears and trimming didn't help but I tried anyway - LOL!
As for the weight - I 'think' you multiply their 8 wk. weight by 3 or their 12 wk. weight by 2. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong
