Did you get an email about a PayPal or Credit Card refund???

I have recieved two emails so far about refunds that I have issued... And I just wanted to address the issue real quick....
Here is an email I sent out to a customer... I hope this covers the subject...
" Hello,
You used the 50% off coupon on your order so you did not pay full retail price for the items that I had to refund you on. I'm sure you understand that I am not refunding people twice what they paid. As for not letting you know sooner... I had 200 orders to process and yours may have fallen towards the end, either in picking or shipping and I was unaware that yours was incomplete, once I did, I refunded it. So many orders were placed simultaneously it overwhelmed my site and people were able to order the same items thus creating an inventory issue..... It was a major issue and I'm sorry it affected your order. Any time there is a difference in postage I always refund... so if there was a refund to be given, you got it.
I hope I explained this well enough... I don't always make sense as much as I think I do...
