Yup, probably just the beginning of teething
My Kalani's ears popped up and down and then one up and one down - I never knew what he was going to look like every morning when he woke up - LOL!
I did keep the hair on his ears trimmed though, just to help them stand up a little easier. Some people tape them up - you can do a 'search' on here and find directions on how to do that.
