I've had my yorkie 5 years, and never experienced anything like that out of her..got her at 6 weeks, by 8 weeks, she was running over to the pee pad to use it..it was consistence in working with her..The little one I just got is 12 weeks, now, I'm working with her, she doesn't roam free without me right there watching every move, you have to be able to catch them doing something wrong to correct it..if she starts to pee on the carpet, I have to pick her up and take her to her pee pad, not get on to her after the fact, as they don't know what they did wrong if you don't catch them doing the "wrong" thing..We had an obedience trainer, for our 2 outside dogs, he said if the dog is doing something wrong, it's NOT the dog, it's the onwer, and this is very true! Dogs want to please, not upset you!
