Since you have asked for advice, mine would be to give or sell this puppy to someone that is willing to love and train him. You obviously don’t at this time have the patience, which is critical for a well-socialized animal. Yorkies are more like babies, as they just want to be with you every minute, being cuddled, caressed, and sweet-talked. Potty training can take time, and above all patience. You can’t expect a puppy to know precisely how to behave. I would also ask your mom how long it took to toilet train you, and at what age. I think you will find that your puppy picks it up a lot faster.
