 I found out
that two of the breeders took deposits from several people and only had 4 puppies. We have a home interview when we adopted a english beagle ten years ago and have never been charge with animal abuse. So I don't believe that is the case with us. I have learn a lot about breeders today. I never knew that breeders had the right to cancel out on you. Thank you for all your information. |
