Hello,
I am new to this board, and I am not to sure if I am posting on the right one.
I have been looking for a puupy for the last two years with no luck. I live on the coastal region of South Carolina.
My biggest problem with breeders here is that they keep on changing their minds about selling yorkies. I had placed a deposit on a little boy two months ago, Then I receive a telephone call from the breeder telling me that she has change her mind about selling him. She stated that she was not planning to sell the boy or girl.
This has happen four times this year. Is this the normal way that breeders conducted business? or are they just pulling my leg?
