I would keep this one tethered to you. This way you can catch her immediately as she is going. You need to swoop her up and carry her outside and tell her "go potty".
Don't punish her for going in the house, just pick her up and make her finish her business outside.
Keep her tethered to you at all time and DO NOT let her have free range of your home. When you do this you are going to have more control over her.
Give her a good treat for going potty outside. But give it to her outside right after she goes, not in the house after the fact.
