I'm sorry your hubby is being that way. They are still young and it can take quite a while to train a Yorkie to potty where he should. I would use belly bands While you are training, (I assume they are boys) it will help save your house and your sanity from the complaining hubby while they learn. You have to be persistant. If when you take them out one doesn't do anything then as soon as the other one does his bussiness take him back in and stay out with the other for however long it takes for him to do it. When each one does his bussiness you have to make a bug deal out of it and give the greatest treat ever. They will eventually have a light that flips on and just as if magic they will all of a sudden get it!
Oh, as a last thought, if they have peed on the carpet you need to get a good enzymatic cleaner and clean it up well or they will keep going where they smell it.
