Well I feel better knowing I'm not alone with how I am feeling. I love Bear to bits but if I had to decide between Mindy being happy and or keeping Bear, I would say Bear would have to go back to the breeders. I was so ready this morning to do that but then when I called the breeder a second time she said, "Are you sure that Mindy isn't going into heat?" This did cross my mind and I was wondering even before I got Bear if she wasn't starting because she was licking herself more often then normal. She does look a little swollen down there. I separated Mindy into another crate so she could get some peace and that seemed to help. I'll let you know how it goes. She did eat some this morning so that's a good sign and she is peeing normal so she must be drinking enough too. Keep me posted on how yours are doing. How old is Roo? Sounds so much like Mindy. Mindy is very quiet and very good, loves to give lots of kisses all the time. Bear on the other hand is whiney and likes to bark to be heard. Such extreme opposites. Could be why Mindy is stressing also. She's probably wondering why this noisy bugger is hanging around her.
Have a good day. Hope things get better for us both. Thanks for your responses. |
