To train a dog is a life long thing once they learn something you have to keep up with practice.

I feel so bad for you and poor Coco.
I wish I lived closer, I would help you with trainning.
What ever trainning you do, you need to stay consistent.
They need structure and direction from you. With out it they wont be well behaved.
go to the library I am sure there are books that are there that can help you.
