I am, by no stretch of the imagination, a clean freak. I do everything possible to keep cleaning to a minimum. I have all hard wood and tile. I have a Roomba vacuum cleaner (he vacuums by himself, with the furguy chasing him)!!! I vacuum and dust every other week - and use dry citrus swifters in between. I mop my floors every week and clean the bathrooms and change sheets once a week. I have scrubbing bubbles in the bathtub/shower. You press the button and it cleans the shower so it is easy to clean. All counter tops are completely cleaned with disinfectant once a week and just wiped down in between. Every week I will do one extra project - like do windows, clean radiators, wash kitchen cabinets - or sometimes I will do a really small project - like go through the magazine rack!! All in all, my house is clean but I don't stress about it at all. Life is to short and I would rather take the furguy out for a long walk than clean something!!
