I think if it was a one time thing (throwing up) that he should be fine. Lots of people on here have yorkies that throw up every now and then for who knows what reason. If he keeps throwing up or develops diarrhea, or acts listless and depressed, then I would worry. Yorkies can have sensitive stomachs, so he could have eaten something that didn't agree with him. Just keep a close watch on him and give him lots of kisses! Also check to make sure his gums are a pinkish color and if they are gray or white, give him nutrical!
