Yep, i do have a very good sized yard, almost an acre. We go out early in the morning and I toss the ball while I drink coffee
and in the afternoon they run and play with my kids after school.
I would turn that guy in with the GS. You just never know...and it is against the law to have a dog off leash and for good reason.
