Hey everybody! Ok so tomorrow my boyfriend and I are going on our first vacation ever together to Savannah (I LOVE love love Savannah). I'm excited b/c he is a huge workaholic and stays busy either at work, in the yard, or his tractor shop all the time. I think it's great I'll have his undivided attention for a weekend lol.
The sad part...I have to board Lexie. We chose not to take her with us b/c we'd be scared of leaving her in the hotel if we went to do something that isn't dog friendly. We'd be scared that hotel staff might accidentally let her run out of the room or worse yet (I'm very paranoid of this) steal her
I've never left her before. She's a year old today
and she's never been away from me unless I go out for a day, usually no more than 6-8 hours. The place I'm taking her is really nice

Am I being a little ridiculous? Will she have some abandonment issues or do you think she'll be ok? I guess I just need some reassurance. I'm scared I won't even enjoy my time in Savannah for worrying about her being sad.
