. I would make it very clear that the dog MUST be in good health to get $.01 of her refund back. Maybe that way, she'll be more likely to take care of him until he's out of there! As far as her sudden skin allergy, tell her that many people with
legitimate allergies adopt Yorkies because they do not cause allergies - nor do they shed. She'll probably have developed migraines by tomorrow, because of the dog (you know..due to his "psycological problems"
). Also, warn her that the continued calling "could be construed (by some) as harrassment".
