Are you breeding the other dog? If not, there is really no reason to not neuter. There are lots of benefits of neutering: Cancer, Marking, Humping, Aggression towards other male dogs.
IMO - it just doesn't make sense to have pet that are not neutered/spayed - unless you are a breeder.
