Sorry I didn't check in yesterday. Had family from out of town since
last Sat and they left this am. I'm pooped. I didn't even get on the
scale. I really tried to be good. I did have two glasses of wine and
some food I normally would not eat if it weren't for cooking for them
so I'm guessing I gained maybe a couple lbs.
I think I'm doing really good however if I cheat in any way I gain.
My metapolism (s) sucks!
