That's because here in TX the fleas are mutants! I have found it impossible with Giz. I will think I'm ahead of the game and he will go outside and roll around with the neighbors 100 year old chihuawa and get covered again. Thank goodness it's getting cooler. I feel for you sister, cooler weather is coming..it will get better.
