Mike - Your synopsis of the SoCal drama has me rolling...laughing my butt off! As Lauren said, we met at the park in Chino Hills today, and we had a great time. It was a beautiful park, but we all agreed the park was still plenty muddy today, so we are glad we didn't bring the babies out in it yesterday. Ronda brought her sister-in-law and her SIL's 2 kids who live 3 miles from the park (if I recall correctly), and her SIL said she had actually told Ronda that she wasn't going yesterday, as they'd received too much rain and it was too cold for her kids and our small dogs to be out in it (her perspective from only 3 miles away). So, I'm glad the majority of the group wanted to wait the extra day. Matt and I would've gone yesterday if that's what the group wanted, but given that I was cringing even today as Sukoshi was rolling in the mud while Lauren and Matt were setting up the x-pens, I was glad it had an extra day to sort of dry out. I'll post some pics of the babies in a few minutes after I get them uploaded. I don't think I really got any of the park or even us humans, but I took several of the babies. I think Ronda may have gotten some of her niece and nephew down by the lake with the duks though, so maybe she'll post some of her pics too. Be back in a few... |
