Please do it in a PM I am really tired of seeing all of the ---------------- going on.
This really does not help the new members. Keep the critisizm private. But I like seeing advise to newbies without scoulding them for a mishap. I like this board because it does educate and we have a lot of experience to offer new people.

Basically, if you don't have anything nice to say PM it. otherwise it would be nice to educate all of us. No one ever stops learning and I am sure we can all learn from each other.
