Thank you so much. It's been 3 days and Sam has stopped the coughing I believe for good! It's actually weird that he's not anymore. I feel like now I can start treating him like a normal healthy puppy. I think we're going to start teaching him to go outside to potty now since he started his heartworm medication and frontline and he's not sick anymore. This should be a challenge since he's trained for inside so we'll see. I'm going to hope for the best!
