I haven't had caffeine (sp) is over four years...unless it is in the form of dark chocolate. BUT I will have a 7-up or Sprite when I have an upset stomach....which has just as much sugar as any other "cola" product! :eek

I know most of our local schools did away with vending machines that sold soda....they have water and juice....which they say juice is just as bad too!
Can't win for losing.....
