Don't know about those two places...I think that some YT members had horrible experiences there...in fact, I remember one YT member took hers in for a trim and the poor dog came back practically bald. When the YT member got upset, they banned her from the store!
But, back to your original question...when I get my hair done, I tip my cosomotologist. When I get my dogs groomed, I tip my groomer. Usually, it's a $5 tip.
