This isn't MY story, but it's "Awww" worthy, and about my grandparents...

They met in 1938, when my grandma was 9 and my grandpa was 11. For some reason, my grandpa & his twin brother had a locker right next to my grandma's in elementary school. The twins were good kids, but jokesters, always pulling pranks on other kids and teachers. My grandmother was a good girl, but some part of her took a fondness for the class clowns. One day, after the boys got caught in one of their shenanigans and were in trouble, my grandma whispered to her friend, "You see that boy, Earl? Someday I'm gonna marry him and whip him into shape!"

They dated since then, and have been married 59 years this October!
