Does he have full run of your house? Cause if he does, maybe you've just given him a little too much freedom... and now he thinks he can do as he pleases. I mean, these pups know without a doubt when they've done something they shouldnt have. Maybe you should take away some of his privilages until he gets better....
My Meka had accidents on my bed all the time, until she could no longer get on the bed... After doing that for a few weeks, I slowly allowed her on the bed again - and have yet to have anymore accidents. Hope this helps...
