Well Charlie and I have moved to North Carolina. We are settling in nicely. There are TONS of dog owners in the apartment complex. Charlie has made lots of new friends. (sometimes I think he thinks he's a big dog)
Some of you may remember, Charlie (Cooper) was given to me by a busy family. They were making lots of changes in their life and were unable to care for him as a puppy should be.
I was told he was a full blooded Yorkie, but after doing some research, I think he may be a Silky Terrier. Charlie is 9 months old. He weighs about 11lbs and is 16-18" long. I have read that Yorkies are more box shaped where as Silky Terriers are more rectangular.
He is a great puppy with the best temperament. Charlie gets along great with my cat and my boyfriend's dog, a 6 year old border collie. Although he does have a bad habit of pooping in my boyfriend's apartment.
