I can't believe how I missed this today. I just came on and saw this thread, it's just sickening, that someone would let her develope to this level of health
. I was ready to get in my car and start driving, and I live in Michigan! I hope that this poor little angel will get the treatment she needs, she probably just has a skin condition that with the right treatment will be fine. Sounds to me that this lady just wanted puppies, and I wouldn't be surprised if the didn't deliver themselves. I hope those little puppies will be fine, which I'm sure she'll probably be letting them go in a week!...
