!!! I know exactly how much pain you're in, as I had the same issues. It sucks! I couldn't poo, and I was in so much pain
The surgery is such a relief, the pain from that is a welcome pain, really. I'm sorry that you have to wait until the 18th. I had to wait over a month for my date, I spent that time curled up in the fetal position on my bed.
I'm praying for the days to pass quickly so you can get the relief you need. As for having a daughter, there is always adoption (I know, it's not exactly the same, but there are so many out there that need loving parents
