UPDATE

Hi everyone. We went back to the vet this morning and it turns out she has a bacteria infection. All of her liver functions are normal. She is now on antibiotics. Before we left for the vet she was chewing on the towel that had the recipe from above on it, so I warmed her up a little and she ate on her own again, not a whole lot but she did eat!!!!!

I will keep everyone posted.
