I would think though that she would have a silky coat because it seems to be reflecting the light which I thought was one was you can tell. How about her eyes when you take a photo? Do they reflect green or red/amber. If green, supposedly her hair should be silky. If red, cottony. Anyways, my guess is either a silk or possibly modified silk. Plus her puppy coat is probably growing out and I went thru a period of time where Zoe's hair was more difficult to brush thru and it was probably right around 6 months I think. It is probably best to ask a breeder in person or a groomer ...
