sounds like everyone is doing really good
i am the same this week as i was last week, i think. i weighed in this morning at 144
i have been to the dr and told that my cholesterol is at 223, should be 200 or below. my triglycerides are slightly high as well. so i will definitely be on the treadmill for at least 45 minutes at least 4 times a week. i HAVE to do something more than what I am doing. so I am sure to lose some weight in the process...which isn't a bad thing at all....
