I was having alot of back problems and I had a bad problem with hunching over (and I am only 24!Yikes) so I had to go to a physical therapist and she had me doing a lot of different excersizes on the ball for my back. You defiently have to make sure you have the right size ball or it will work the wrong areas and overall not do what its supposed to be doing. But for me it was one of the best excersize items.
