On Saturday morning we went to get Sam a stroller at PetsMart before we went to Southlake.

They are doing Pooch Fall Portraits for a donation to SPCA. Well, ok, Sam doesnt have on a Fall outfit but thats ok, sure, he can get his pic done.

They have a cute lil background with pumpkins and fall leaves.

The lady asked me if I wanted to have Sam blessed. Not really feeling good about it I said, No Thank you.

So she starts taking pics and Sam all of the sudden leaps out from behind those pumpkins and was GONE! Like lightening that lil sucker flew past me, the photographer, two other ladies, and a grown man!!!!

A big black dog tried to bite him then he was off in the street where the Preacher was able to grab him about the same time as I was beginning to hyperventilate!

Thank GOD there were no cars coming! He had his leash on the whole time and no one could catch him or step on it, he was so fast.

The lady taking pictures was so upset, she kept apologizing. She was trying to calm me down. It was so very scary.

Needless to say Sam got blessed after that and the Preacher "blessed" me to, trying to calm my nerves.

Edited to add.... I also failed to mention that Me and a handful of kids had to catch the lil sucker Friday night because he was running in PetsMart like a wild man.
