ok. I'm gonna play devils advocate here and say that yes, your sister needs to be reprimanded/punished for running around with your pups however, if my son who is only 13, as opposed to your 18, threw my younger son, who actually is 4, onto the ground, he would be in big trouble too. I would expect him to handle things a little better than that at his age. Just my opinion. I know 4 year olds can be bratty and difficult but I just think maybe throwing her to the ground may be a little harsh. Not saying you shouldn't stick up for your yorkies but sounds like she was trying to get your attention and maybe she feels like you love them more than her - actually, I guess you did say that so maybe you do. I'm sure there's more to the story. Sounds like you think your mom spoils her too much and maybe she does....
