MeganS and I are both not far from each other in Jersey (the state of-not the breed of cow! lol) So we are more likely to see strip malls than cows!
Although there is a farm just a couple of miles down the road from me - I live in the "horse country" part of Jersey - that have these really cute cows that I call the Oreo Cows. They are literally black cows with a white stripe around their belly. I'm not sure what the official name is, but they are really cool.
The same 'farm' has a bunch of cute really small goats in the same field as the cows. I love to watch them while I sit at the red light - remember I'm in Jersey, now! Probably not many other places where you can watch cows while sitting at a stop light! I'm sure these guys are more pets like your Stella is than they are farm animals!
Don't take this the wrong way, but I'll be thinking of you now everytime I see them! tee hee
