Yes, it's possible she's allergic to it. My Mom purchased Biospot from Petsmart once (another flea product) and put it on her yorkie. He started scratching like crazy and gave himself a hot spot where the liquid was applied. He had to go to the vet twice for it. She uses Revolution on him now and hasn't had a problem. I would try another flea product next time and see if that doesn't make her itch - like Advantage or Revolution
