When I come across rude people like that I like to ask them if their mother taught them to act like that. I'm old enough to get away with that.
We had the opposite experience today. We took our two Yorkies with us to a downtown festival in their enclosed stroller. They were a hit. It keeps them safe and doesn't allow people to try to pet them, including small children. The pups felt secure and snoozed part of the time. Then we went for a walk in the park. The babies are tired now! We saw a young girl with a ferret on a harness and leash. Now that looked like a rat!
