thanks for all the responses and advice.. i actually have those yoga balls, but those too hurt my back too much because that's where all my weight goes when i'm trying to balance on that thing.. (which my balance sucks!!) lol..
My boyfriend is into body buidling and i'm trying to get toned actually.. so i know i must do a lot of cardio, and I Kelly, just like you.. Don't really break a sweat even though i run for hours.. but my heartrate goes up so that's good..
i'm hoping i can find something to help tone my muscles.. so i can reveal my hot flat summer abs
