It's absolutely horrible hearing all these stories. The one puppy I got from Jan ended up having "demodex" aka a type of mange. When I addressed the issue to her, she completely denied it. This type of mange is hereditary (from the mom). I paid over 200 dollars in visits to the Vet's office (so he can get dipped with medication). As of today, I still haven't gotten my refund. I never even got my papers for him too. |
